We are seeking a seasoned Retail Boutique Sales Associate local to and experienced in managing a Palm Beach Island boutique!

• We are seeking to hire our Retail Boutique Sales Associate Manager by October 2023.
• Must have recent and prior work experience on Palm Beach Island.
• We seek a highly experienced, motivated, and dedicated Palm Beach native to be our Boutique Sales Associate.

Who we are looking for:

• We are looking for candidates with a minimum experience as a boutique sales associate of three full years or more. Multiple interviews, background checks, and references will be required.
• Must provide a proven record of a successful similar scope of work with at least three professional work references from previous employers
• Must provide a proven job history of excellent customer service with references from clients
• Must provide a proven record of meeting sales quotas
• Must be local to Palm Beach Island and provide transportation to and from work that does not impede working hours
• Must be capable of lifting to 50 lb, using a tall ladder, walking up and down stairs, and standing for long periods.
• Must be able to work Full-Time and Year-Round, at minimum five days per week
• Must be available on Holidays and Weekends as needed by the company
• Willing to fill any shifts (day, night, or weekend) and work on-call as business requires
• Willing to travel as requested by the business

Other Qualifications:

• College Graduate: Associate's Level
• Excellent modern knowledge including but not limited to Microsoft Suite, G-Suite, Adobe, Apple, and Windows
• Experience working with a multitude of POS programs
• Strong sense of fashion with a clear awareness of current trends
• Strongly seasoned in the luxury retail sales industry
• Bilingual speaking (Spanish preferred)
• Willing and able to learn new skills and receive training
• Friendly, approachable, and conversational
• Excellent Visual, Merchandising, and Operational Skills
• Excited and eager to showcase our collections

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
